Delete your data

Timkiem Maps does not require an account. Most of your data lives only on your device, so you are always in control.

1. Delete data on your device

Open the app, go to Settings and clear saved places and drawings, or clear the app data in your phone settings. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

2. Cancel Premium

Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings. Purchase records are kept by the store.

3. Ask us to delete server data

Server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days. To request earlier deletion or a copy of any data related to you, email us with the subject Delete my data and the approximate date you used the app. We will complete the request within 30 days.
