1. The Service
Timkiem Maps provides maps, places, weather and natural hazard information gathered from public sources for general reference only.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Hazard, weather and map data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on the Service for life-safety decisions. Always follow official warnings and instructions from authorities.
3. Premium
Premium is sold through Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Refunds follow the store rules.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything illegal.
5. Map data and licences
Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and other providers under their licences. Their attributions are shown on the map.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from inaccurate third-party data.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
